From a cross of WHITE EYES PINK DRAGON X JUDY'S WORLD, the 9" rose cascade blooms sport a diamond-dusted chartreuse throat, and picturesque white edges. Scapes are tall at 36" with 4-way branching that average 24 buds. Blooms in the mid-late season and reblooms to wrap up the late season. Impeccable, dormant foliage.
